PickleCon is an all-inclusive, all-encompassing pickleball experience for every age and skill level. The concept combines tournament play and camps/clinics alongside a convention and social activities in efforts to provide something for everyone all located in one place.
The event will be held inside the Kansas City Convention Center/Bartle Hall301 West 13th Street, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64105
The block schedule is as follows:
Morning block: 8:00am-12:30pm
Afternoon block: 12:30-5:00pm
Evening block: 5:00-9:30pm
The purpose behind the block schedule is to allow participants to build their own schedule by knowing exactly when each event starts and ends so they can participate in many different offerings throughout each day and the weekend.
The Player Pass is a $140 one-time fee to participate in any playing activity at the event. It is required for anyone wanting to play in any tournament, camp/clinic, or open play. The pass also gives you access to everything inside the convention (vendors, panel discussions, etc.) for the entirety of the weekend.
All tournaments and camps/clinics will be played on PickleRoll or Pickleball United courts, while open play and other activities will be played on a mix of PIckleRoll, Pickleball United, and Sport Court.
Our tournament age divisions and skill levels follow USAP’s guidelines. Refer to this rubric to help you select the skill level that best suits your level of play.
We have partnered with a variety of hotels in the area with varying distance to the facility, prices, and accommodations to offer participants with many options to select what is best for them. The hotels can be found through the Lodging tab or this direct link: https://app.eventconnect.io/events/26671/hotels?nav=hidden
Refunds are accepted through July 1, 2024, minus a 20% processing fee. After July 1, no refunds will be given. You may transfer your ticket to another player without additional charges through July 1, 2024, but you must email the tournament director of the player change.
