What is PickleCon?

PickleCon is an all-inclusive, all-encompassing pickleball experience for every age and skill level. The concept combines tournament play and camps/clinics alongside a convention and social activities in efforts to provide something for everyone all located in one place.

What is the playing surface?

All tournaments and clinics will be played on PickleRoll or Pickleball United courts, while open play and other activities will be played on a mix of court surfaces to provide attendees the chance to experience different surfaces.

Where does the event take place?

The event will be held inside the Kansas City Convention Center/Bartle Hall 301 West 13th Street, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64105

Do you have preferred hotels?

We have partnered with a variety of hotels in the area with varying distance to the facility, prices, and accommodations to offer participants with many options to select what is best for them. What is the player pass?

The Player Pass is a one-time fee that gives you access into the facility (including vendors, panel discussions, etc.) and allows you to get on a court for open play. It is required for anyone wanting to register for any tournament or clinic as well.

Can I participate in multiple activities?

Yes! PickleCon was designed to experience multiple events in one place with activities scheduled at various times to enable participation in different events throughout the 4 days

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are accepted through July 1, 2025, minus a 20% processing fee. After July 1, no refunds will be given. You may transfer your ticket to another player without additional charges through July 1, 2025, but you must email the tournament director of the player change.
